Job Summary

The SAP MDG Technical Consultant is responsible for designing and conducting the replication of Vendor and Customer Master Data segments between multiple ECC systems and the S/4 MDG hub solution for Business Partner. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth data integration and functional effectiveness in various systems, contributing to the organization’s overall efficiency in data management.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct data replication of Vendor/Customer Master Data segments “B” and “C” between 33 ECC systems and the S/4 MDG hub solution for Business Partner.
• Demonstrate sound functional knowledge of Vendor and Customer Master Data, conversion, and mapping into S/4HANA Business Partner.
• Consult with the customer’s internal IT organization to develop XLST for mapping SAP Web Services to EDIFACT messages in SnapLogic Groundplex.
• Provide technical solution design for IDOC Inbound & Outbound, including field mapping, integration, end-to-end testing, and coordination.
• Collaborate effectively within an international, remote team environment.

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in Data Replication using SOAP Service and ALE/IDOCs with DRF+.
  • Familiarity with BRF+, AIF integration, EDI, and middleware solutions like SnapLogic.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA MDG is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Senior MDG development and knowledge of Material Master or Business Partner Master Data is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP MDG and related technologies.

Environment

• Work location options include Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
• Position is full-time with potential for remote collaboration.
