Job Description
Brand & Narrative Strategy
• Build the brand’s voice, storytelling frameworks, and creative POV from scratch.
• Develop content pillars across social, website, email, and other channels.
• Shape the high-level narrative into a cohesive, emotionally resonant brand language.
Creative Direction
• Conceptualise campaigns, content series, visuals, shoots, and brand experiences.
• Write clear, inspiring briefs for designers, videographers, editors, and creators.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and taste across all creative output.
Hands-on Production & Execution
• Lead the end-to-end production of reels, photoshoots, visuals, graphics, and brand assets.
• Create scalable workflows, content calendars, and production systems.
• Manage and collaborate with freelancers, studios, and creative partners. AI-Driven Creative Innovation
• Build an in-house creative engine that leverages emerging AI tools.
• Experiment with image generation, video tools, motion design, automation, and more.
• Keep the brand ahead of creative trends through continuous exploration.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the founder to co-create and refine creative direction.
• Collaborate across product, R&D, growth, and community teams.
• Ensure creative choices support broader brand and business objectives.
