Performance Marketing Lead

Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Lead will take full ownership of our paid acquisition engine, focusing on driving revenue growth while optimizing for Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Return on Investment (ROI), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) at scale. This role requires a deep passion for data, a creative mindset for experimentation, and a proven track record of executing successful performance marketing strategies that lead to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end ownership of Meta, Google, YouTube, and other advertising ecosystems.
  • Scale ad spend while maintaining or improving ROAS and CAC efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Continuously optimize for ROI, contribution margins, and payback periods.
  • Build and execute a high-frequency testing roadmap for creatives, hooks, formats, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to identify and scale high-converting ad creatives.
  • Leverage platform updates, AI tools, and automation to enhance performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and advertising ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a Performance Marketing role for a growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand with a proven track record of success.
    • Proven experience in scaling Meta and Google Ads with strong ROAS and ROI outcomes.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep expertise in Google and Meta ad platforms.
    • Capability to optimize campaigns at scale.
    • Proficient in campaign analysis and reporting.
    • Good graphics and creative sense.
    • Understanding of AI integration in advertising to enhance efficiency.
    • Experience managing high advertising spends and scaling budgets significantly.
    • Exposure to programmatic platforms, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Over-The-Top (OTT) services, affiliates, and marketplaces is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce ads is desirable.

Experience

4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced performance marketing role within a growing D2C brand.

This is a full-time on-site position located in our office in Singasandra, Bengaluru.
