Job Summary
The Team Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of staff employees, ensuring their performance aligns with the department's strategic goals. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of staff employees, defining performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.

- Optimize team efficiency by applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and business plans.
- Define and communicate the technical/functional team roadmap and vision, aligning with company objectives.
- Report on team activities and be accountable for the performance and results of the unit.
- Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Suggest improvements and new techniques in processes, operational models, and plans.
- Ensure the timely investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with software development, architecture, solutions, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding company and organizational information.
