Job Summary

The Team Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of staff employees, ensuring their performance aligns with the department's strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Suggest improvements and new techniques in processes, operational models, and plans.
  • Ensure the timely investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with software development, architecture, solutions, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding company and organizational information.
