Company Overview

Boldface LinkedIn Personal Branding and Content Studio works with founders, executives, and brands across India to build their presence on LinkedIn through strategy, ghostwriting, and content. We are a small, fast moving team, and this role works closely with the founder on live client accounts from day one.

Job Summary

This internship role is focused on helping Boldface grow its client base and visibility. You will spend most of your time on outreach, research, and supporting the content and client pipeline, working closely with the founder to sharpen your approach as you go.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients that fit Boldface's positioning.
• Draft and send outreach messages, and track responses through the pipeline.
• Support LinkedIn content research and repurposing for Boldface's own channels.
• Help maintain client and prospect trackers so nothing falls through.
• Assist with follow-ups to keep conversations with prospects moving.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident written communication skills.
• Comfortable with outreach and follow-up, and not deterred by slow responses.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn as a platform.
• A self-starter who can work with light supervision in a remote setup.
• An interest in growth, sales, or content marketing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with content creation or ghostwriting would be a plus.

Experience

No prior experience is required; however, an eagerness to learn and contribute is essential.

Environment

• Work Location: Remote / Work from home.
• Type: Internship for a tenure of 3 months.

Salary

Estimated stipend of Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 per month, based on scope and output.
