Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hospital policies.
- Manage and lead a team of administrative staff and support personnel.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction by maintaining a patient-centric approach.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient footfall and service utilization.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, legal requirements, and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with medical teams, marketing departments, and corporate offices for smooth workflow and promotions.
- Handle grievances, both internal (staff-related) and external (patient-related), and resolve them effectively.
- Implement staff training programs and performance evaluation metrics to enhance productivity.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and facility management to ensure seamless hospital functioning.
