Job Summary

The .Net Azure API Management (APIM) role involves working with Azure services to develop and maintain APIs that meet business needs and enhance overall system performance. The position focuses on API design, implementation, and management, ensuring that the APIs are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage APIs using Azure API Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and maintain API performance, conducting regular assessments and optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the API architecture.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to APIs and their functionalities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in .Net technologies, with experience in building and managing web services and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and specifically Azure API Management.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with security best practices for API development and management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a team environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.

Experience

2-4 years of relevant experience in API development and management, particularly using .Net and Azure services.
