We are looking for a Growth Marketing Head who can be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. Someone who can take charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. THE ROLE As the Growth Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition+retention strategy. You will own setting key performance targets (CAC, CPA, AOV, retention), forecasting and reporting on results. You’d have to be an expert in building revenue, traffic and audiences using paid advertising methods across Meta, Google and marketplace platforms. On a day to day basis, you’ll have full ownership of our paid media spend, digital channel mix, its execution and constant testing. You will be a data-driven decision maker with a track record of success in growing a company’s customer base. This role involves quite a few analytical functions, such as estimation and allocation of budgets, targeting and segmentation, evaluation of the performance of each channel, and forecasting the performance of campaigns. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Develop and execute marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis ROAS/AOV/CAC of relevant segmented audience cohorts. ▪ Oversee and manage campaigns across all paid channels. Handle large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact. ▪ Budget Management: advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation. ▪ Performance Analysis: analyse performance in terms of effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities. ▪ Build dashboards for measuring and sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs. ▪ Plan experiments, conversion test, A/B test, lift study and draw meaningful insights from the same. Take charge of marketing automation by analysing various channels which could utilise automation i.e emails, SMS, etc and implement the same along with tracking the success of the same. ▪ Develop new channels for acquiring customers, including email marketing campaigns, paid advertising, and affiliate marketing. ▪ Partner with cross-functional teams (product, creative) to develop advertising assets, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to manage programs at launch and beyond. ▪ Hire, train, and manage a team of performance/digital marketing professionals. QUALIFICATIONS ▪ 10+ years of experience in paid marketing with atleast 5 years experience in a leadership role. Track record of paid spend optimisation across India and channels with budgets in excess of 3CR. ▪ Confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders. ▪ Strong knowledge of MarTech and AdTech solutions as well as digital data analytics and programmatic platforms. ▪ A background in managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of spend, CPA, ROAS, Retention and LTV. ▪ Knowledge and deep expertise of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Taboola, Outbrain, GA etc ▪ Experience building, leading, and managing a team of direct reports.
