The incumbent must have over 12 years of experience in the mutual fund space.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with Banks and NDs, overseeing sales and business development strategies, acquiring and managing high-value partners, and ensuring compliance while achieving AUM targets.
A strong understanding of financial products and financial planning fundamentals is essential.
Compensation: Fixed: 30-35 lakhs and Performance-Based Variable Pay.
