ob Opening: Sales Development Representative (SDR)<br /> Locations: Mumbai<br /> Incentives Available<br /> About the Role:<br /> We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our<br /> growing team in the B2B space. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong career<br /> trajectory in inside sales. As an SDR, you will focus on lead generation, engage with potential<br /> customers, and qualify sales opportunities for our sales teams.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br />

  • Conduct lead generation efforts in a B2B environment to identify potential customers.<br /> -<br /> Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and<br /> other channels.<br />
  • Assist the sales team in building and nurturing customer relationships.<br />
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with<br /> prospects.<br />
  • Meet monthly lead generation and qualification targets.<br />
  • Work closely with sales leadership to strategize on improving lead conversion rates.<br /> Who We Are Looking For:<br />
  • Freshers or candidates with 1-4 years of experience in sales or lead generation.<br />
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).<br />
  • Someone who is willing to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment.<br />
  • MBA graduates or those looking to start a career in sales development<br /> .<br /> Experience & Compensation:<br />
  • Freshers: ₹4 LPA (Annual Package)<br />
  • 1-4 years experience: ₹6 LPA (Annual Package)<br /> Based on current ctc will be provided with the good hike<br /> Incentives will be provided based on performance.<br /> Additional Benefits:<br />
