Job Summary
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies and initiatives. This role will focus on both the Indian and international markets, with the majority of recruitment efforts centered on India. The ideal candidate will possess significant hands-on experience in sourcing and managing a recruitment team, ensuring the execution of talent acquisition goals aligns with the organization’s broader objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the hiring needs for domestic and international markets.
- Lead and manage a recruitment team, providing guidance and support in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Oversee campus hiring initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement necessary changes to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15-20 years in talent acquisition or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and sourcing.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of campus hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Education: Relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
