Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of product initiatives within the cybersecurity domain. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensuring that products meet the needs of our customers while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of product initiatives from ideation through delivery and iteration.
• Technical Leadership: Translate business requirements into clear, technically feasible product specifications. Engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and system design.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and compliance to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Customer Focus: Gather feedback from users, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to continuously improve product offerings.
• Execution: Prioritize features, define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and manage agile sprints. Own the backlog and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation (Product Requirement Documents, user stories, workflows) and communicate product status and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead Agile Product Development Processes: Manage sprints, backlogs, and release cycles.
• Work on Key Security Features: Collaborate closely with security and engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on features such as phishing simulation, risk scoring, and threat intelligence.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a product management or technical product management role.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, or Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Methodological Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development life cycles, architecture, and Agile methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Degrees: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor-specific (e.g., CrowdStrike CCFA, Palo Alto, Fortinet NSE) are a plus.
• Industry Experience: Experience in Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), cybersecurity, or consulting environments is highly preferred.
