We are looking for a high-impact Growth Lead / Chief Growth Officer to drive end-to-end growth for a fast-scaling, AI-first insurtech platform focused on simplifying how consumers understand and manage insurance. This role will own revenue, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while building a scalable and sustainable growth engine in an evolving digital category. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in consumer tech, fintech, or marketplace businesses, with a proven track record of scaling digital products through performance marketing, partnerships, and data-driven experimentation. You will be responsible for optimizing the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention—while improving funnels, driving conversions, and ensuring strong unit economics (CAC, LTV). Working closely with product and tech teams, you will enhance user experience and personalization using data and AI, while also identifying new growth levers such as strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and insurers. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can operate across 0→1 and 1→10 stages, and has the ability to build and lead high-performing growth teams with full ownership of business outcomes.
