We help Companies and VC/PE funds supercharge their interactions in the private capital markets, including managing multi-party deals and investor relations. Our Funds platform is a unique SaaS product which helps funds manage a range of activities from onboard, capital management, portfolio management, account allocations and investor relation among others. CapHive has been set up by industry leaders each of who bring over 20 years of complementary skills in investment banking and technology in capital markets. In our first year, and CapHive has already launched two products, signed up marquee clients, and we’re just getting started. The role will be a mix of new business development, working with our clients to onboard them onto the platform, rolling up sleeves to help them execute their mission critical tasks seamlessly on the platform and working with the Tech team for building new functionalities / products. What we’re looking for: • Finance professional with 3-7 years of post- CA/MBA work experience with a reputed accounting firm (preferably with experience of working with PE/VC funds) OR as part of finance / operations team of a PE/VC fund • An entrepreneurial mindset - basically an attitude to handle any curve ball that comes along, thinking through new product segments / geographies for CapHive, and putting up your hand for new challenges • Good communication skills – this will be a client facing role so ability present your self and manage clients will be important • Eye for details – As a technology platform we look to make super complex multi-party interactions and transactions seamless.
