Job Summary

The HR Business Partner (International) will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals across international geographies. Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across international geographies.

  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans, ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluations across geographies.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the rewards team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with local market practices and company policies.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders, tracking key HR metrics and reporting on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all geographies, staying updated on changes and advising business leaders on potential impacts.
  • Capability Building: Identify areas for capability development and create programs to enhance employee skills, partnering with the learning team to deliver initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international HR management. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Capabilities:
    • Strong execution orientation with the ability to drive projects independently.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
