<div>Pantomath - a leading investment banking and capital markets firm is seeking a seasoned institutional sales leader with deep expertise in equity distribution and relationship management. The role involves leveraging strong relationships with funds, family offices, HNIs, and ultra-HNIs to drive sales across institutional broking and capital market products, especially in the mid-market and high-growth segment. This is a high-impact, front-end individual contributor role that will be critical in scaling the firm's institutional franchise.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />
- Leverage existing connects with CxOs, fund managers, and institutional investors to originate and distribute investment opportunities<br />
- Pitch, sell, and execute equity ideas supported by in-house research and market insights<br />
- Drive new client acquisition and expand revenue share from existing relationships<br />
- Collaborate with research, dealers, and compliance for seamless execution </div>

<div>Ideal Profile:<br />
- 15+ years of experience in institutional sales, investment banking, or capital markets<br />
- Strong relationships with top-tier funds, family offices, and institutional desks<br />
- Preferred qualifications: CA / MBA or equivalent<br />
- Proven ability to originate deals and drive revenue in a competitive environment<br />
- Excellent market understanding and strong institutional client network</div>
