Pantomath - a leading investment banking and capital markets firm is seeking a seasoned institutional sales leader with deep expertise in equity distribution and relationship management. The role involves leveraging strong relationships with funds, family offices, HNIs, and ultra-HNIs to drive sales across institutional broking and capital market products, especially in the mid-market and high-growth segment. This is a high-impact, front-end individual contributor role that will be critical in scaling the firm's institutional franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing connects with CxOs, fund managers, and institutional investors to originate and distribute investment opportunities
- Pitch, sell, and execute equity ideas supported by in-house research and market insights
- Drive new client acquisition and expand revenue share from existing relationships
- Collaborate with research, dealers, and compliance for seamless execution

Ideal Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in institutional sales, investment banking, or capital markets
- Strong relationships with top-tier funds, family offices, and institutional desks
- Preferred qualifications: CA / MBA or equivalent
- Proven ability to originate deals and drive revenue in a competitive environment
- Excellent market understanding and strong institutional client network
