Job Summary

Trantor is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to enhance its fast-growing Go-to-Market Systems team. This strategic leader will be responsible for overseeing business planning, tactical execution, and integration of enterprise applications. The role involves improving our Salesforce CPQ application, Subscription and Billing, marketing, and customer service systems to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business planning, tactical execution, and integration of enterprise applications like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Manage and improve the Salesforce CPQ application and related systems.
• Lead sessions with stakeholders to develop clear business rules and requirements for development teams.
• Write user stories, plan sprints, and groom backlogs while collaborating closely with the development team.
• Facilitate the design, implementation, and enhancement of the CPQ application and Salesforce platform.
• Partner with business domain leaders to create and maintain a comprehensive Enterprise Application roadmap.
• Drive project planning, prioritization, and execution using JIRA.
• Support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), computer engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or product manager focusing on the Salesforce CPQ platform.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com product suite, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange.
• Experience managing application development employing SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
• Strong expertise in core SaaS principles, including pricing, quoting, and revenue recognition.
• Effective prioritization and task management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management experience.
• CPQ Specialist certification is highly advantageous.
• Salesforce Admin Certification (201) and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on complex business technology solutions and production environments.

Environment

This is a remote position based in India, requiring availability during PST overlap hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST).
