R Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced R Developer to join our team and work on data-driven applications, analytics solutions, and statistical models. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in R programming, data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization, along with the ability to work with large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications, scripts, and analytical solutions using R.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and statistical modeling on large datasets.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and automated analytical workflows.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Shiny, ggplot2, Plotly, etc.
• Work with databases and perform data extraction using SQL.
• Develop statistical models and support data-driven business decisions.
• Optimize existing R code and analytical processes for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and production-ready code.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the reliability and accuracy of analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in R development.
• Strong proficiency in R programming and R packages such as dplyr, tidyr, data.table, ggplot2, and Shiny.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and data manipulation.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience building data visualizations and dashboards.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
