The Python Fullstack Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the architecture, development, and deployment of Python-based applications. Responsibilities

- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Oversee the integration of cloud solutions (AWS) and DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout project milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in software development and project management with a strong background in Python.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in back-end frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation.
- Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
