The Python Fullstack Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the architecture, development, and deployment of Python-based applications. Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in software development and project management with a strong background in Python.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in back-end frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation.
  • Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
