The Python Fullstack Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the architecture, development, and deployment of Python-based applications. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the integration of cloud solutions (AWS) and DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in software development and project management with a strong background in Python.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in back-end frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
    • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation.
    • Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in software development and project management, specifically in leading software development projects.

Environment
