Job Description:<br />

1. Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources based on the company's target audience and their level<br /> of interest in the company's products or services.<br />
2. Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate.<br />
3. Track the conversion rates of leads, analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of lead generation.<br />
4. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.<br />
5. Ensure that the leads are properly nurtured and converted into sales & also collaborate on developing effective<br /> lead nurturing strategies to increase conversion rates.<br />
6. Responsible for Sales & Sign up and growth of The KariGhars"<br />
7. Meet new clients in the office and explain about the products and services and costing.<br />
8. Responsible for complete end to end presales solution.<br />
9. Advises client on interior design factors, like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings<br /> equipment, color schemes, and also color coordination and material selection.<br />
10. Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations and also presents design to client for<br /> approval.<br />
11. Client Satisfaction, follow ups, Handling escalations, Calls, Sales Cycle, Product Pitching, Closure.
