Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in key verticals and establishing long-term client partnerships, focusing on value creation and strategic planning within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans targeting high-value prospects and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise accounts, aiming to deliver a 4X business pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise clients, adopting a mindset focused on “value” versus “commodity” clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar industry, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B sales environments.
- Knowledgeable in loyalty marketing, rewards management, promotions, B2B corporate sales, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve stretch targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or strategic partnerships is required.
