Job Summary

The AVP – Operations will oversee and manage operational processes within the organization, ensuring efficient execution of marketing campaigns. This role is critical in enhancing operational effectiveness and contributing to the overall success of the company's strategies and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, optimizing collaboration and performance across various projects.
• Oversee large-scale multi-city campaigns, coordinating logistics and operational support.
• Develop and implement operational plans, focusing on process management and efficiency.
• Utilize CRM platforms and reporting dashboards for performance tracking and analysis.
• Mentor and lead teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in operations, preferably in BTL (Below The Line), activations, experiential marketing, events, out-of-home media, or integrated marketing.
• Skills:
  • Strong operational planning and process management skills.
  • Excellent vendor management and project delivery capabilities.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and project management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle large-scale campaigns effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in media agencies, activation agencies, event management companies, experiential marketing firms, or integrated advertising organizations.
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards and data analysis tools.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in relevant operational roles within the marketing or advertising sectors.

Environment

The AVP – Operations role is primarily based in Mumbai, with a requirement for travel across India as necessary for campaign execution.
