Job Description
- Prepare and execute strategy to penetrate new markets and strengthen sales in existing markets through proper distribution channels
- Appoint new distributors and retailers
- Contribute in designing and executing trade schemes for distributors and retailers
- Create and execute strategies for higher product/brand visibility at point of sale
- Provide feedback with respect to market activity of competitors including pricing, offers, advertisements etc.
- Analyze primary and secondary sales data to take effective action to increase
sales
- Evaluate distributor performance and recommend process improvements
- Monitor stock flow and sales performance at depots
- Manage the sales team effectively and keep them motivated
- Keep a close watch on the market outstanding
