Job Description

Key Responsibilities Business Development  Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.  Focus on targeting retail brands and consumer businesses seeking ecommerce transformation solutions.  Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across both India and GCC markets.  Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.  Collaborate closely with internal teams to customise proposals and create tailored solution packages. Account Management  Oversee seamless onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.  Maintain long-term client relationships after the sale to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.  Serve as the escalation point for strategic accounts, ensuring communication aligns with the client’s brand.  Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients to drive retention and satisfaction. Strategy & Reporting  Monitor and report on key sales metrics, conversion ratios, and market feedback. 
Provide valuable insights into client needs, emerging competitive trends, and gaps in current services.  Contribute to shaping pricing strategies, pitch decks, and overall service packaging to enhance competitiveness.
