Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts in the UK/EU/EMEA region. This position involves identifying and creating qualified opportunities within target enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. The BDR will work closely with the founding team, articulate the value proposition of Lucidity, and innovate outreach strategies to engage potential clients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on accounts to establish an effective outreach cadence.
- Identify champions and key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Generate qualified opportunities through e-mail outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Develop creative email content to attract and engage prospects.
- Initiate conversations and arrange meetings and demonstrations with relevant profiles.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data hygiene.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in an individual contributor role within the enterprise market.
- Skills:
