Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive
revenue growth for the company.
Client Acquisition: Thoroughly identify and engage with clients to understand their
requirements, effectively pitching MProfit's offerings to align with their needs and deliver optimal
solutions.
High-Value Client Acquisition: Demonstrate the ability to close high-revenue deals by
effectively engaging with and securing contracts from large, high-ticket clients.
Highly Accountable: Take full accountability for managing client relationships and go the extra
mile to ensure successful client closures.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor
activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with
company goals and customer needs.
Desired candidate profile:● Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex
information clearly and persuasively.
● Proficiency with Sales CRMs such as Freshsales, LeadSquared, etc
