Job Summary

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will shape the future of our platform by implementing AI agents, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and integrating machine learning (ML) capabilities. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI agents to enhance platform features and efficiency.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) to align with specific use cases and customer needs.
• Design and implement ML algorithms to power innovative solutions for content quality scoring, style enforcement, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate closely with founders to identify and prioritize AI-driven solutions.
• Establish best practices and contribute to the long-term AI/ML roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in AI and ML development, with demonstrated expertise in deploying production-grade solutions.
• 2 years of experience building applications using LLMs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications.
• Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Cloud tools for AI/ML deployment and scalability.
• Familiarity with data pipeline development and data engineering.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in AI and ML development with specific experience in deploying production-grade solutions.

Environment

• Full-time remote position with a core overlap of 9 AM – 1 PM PST (4 hours) for customer calls and stand-ups; schedule the rest of your day around what keeps you productive.
