<div>Head of People</div> <div> </div> <div> Role context <ul> <li>Build, coach and develop a high performance cross functional team</li> <li>Create a highly motivated and values driven work environment</li> <li>Build a state-of-the art capability development program</li> <li>Deliver the ongoing business objectives by creating scalable processes, policies & team</li> </ul>   Key Deliverables of the role <ol> <li>Create scalable <a name="_Hlk119513595">HR org, systems & processes for enabling aggressive business expansion objectives – Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management, Health & Safety, Statutory compliance, recruitment planning, etc</a></li> <li><a name="_Hlk119513767"> Deliver state of the art capability programs to ‘build from within’ and drive high performance</a> through capability </li> <li><a name="_Hlk119513805"> Create coaching culture in the organization across all managerial levels</a></li> <li>Set up strong performance enabling systems </li> <li>Coach the key leaders of the organization to create ‘one team’ culture and proactively work towards dissolving cultural breakdowns in the organization </li> <li>Talent acquisition – Create a strong employer brand and talent acquisition engine for the company</li> <li>Budget planning and control for HR function and people interventions </li> <li>Lead OD initiatives to drive high performance culture across the organization</li> <li><a name="_Hlk119513901">Collaborate externally to be on top of best practices and technology evolution which can be leveraged to deliver company objectives</a></li> <li>Introduce and execute the <a href="http://www.halogensoftware.com/learn/how-to/5-performance-management-tasks-that-are-often-overlooked" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">performance/ talent management process</a> to support employee development and improvement.</li> <li>Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, by creating and implementing processes to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:25px">Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental well-being. Building a culture of trust and thereby enhancing employee experience</li> </ol> Requirements <ol> <li>Rich experience in people management & development </li> <li>Proven track record of scaling people systems & processes</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li> <li>Very strong communication skills </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong knowledge of capability building, coaching, OD frameworks</li> </ol> </div>
