Head of People
Role context
- Build, coach and develop a high performance cross functional team
- Create a highly motivated and values driven work environment
- Build a state-of-the art capability development program
- Deliver the ongoing business objectives by creating scalable processes, policies & team
Key Deliverables of the role
- Create scalable HR org, systems & processes for enabling aggressive business expansion objectives – Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management, Health & Safety, Statutory compliance, recruitment planning, etc
- Deliver state of the art capability programs to ‘build from within’ and drive high performance through capability
- Create coaching culture in the organization across all managerial levels
- Set up strong performance enabling systems
- Coach the key leaders of the organization to create ‘one team’ culture and proactively work towards dissolving cultural breakdowns in the organization
- Talent acquisition – Create a strong employer brand and talent acquisition engine for the company
- Budget planning and control for HR function and people interventions
- Lead OD initiatives to drive high performance culture across the organization
- Collaborate externally to be on top of best practices and technology evolution which can be leveraged to deliver company objectives
- Introduce and execute the performance/ talent management process to support employee development and improvement.
- Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, by creating and implementing processes to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.
- Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation in order to drive physical and mental well-being. Building a culture of trust and thereby enhancing employee experience
Requirements
- Rich experience in people management & development
- Proven track record of scaling people systems & processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of capability building, coaching, OD frameworks
