Job Summary

The UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and visual appeal of our products. This role is vital in driving design strategies and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user interface designs that create engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and drive improvements on design iterations.
• Create visual content including graphics, icons, and branding materials to enhance product aesthetics.
• Maintain consistency in designs across various products and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous design work that demonstrates creativity and understanding of user-centered design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better communication with developers.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design roles, particularly with a strong visual design background.
