ServiceNow Developer – CSM & Integration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless delivery while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Request, and Case Management in a domain-separated instance.
  • Develop, maintain, and extend production, development, and testing middleware infrastructure.
  • Create and manage REST API integrations and configure/manage MID Servers for integration activities.
  • Build and automate Business Rules, Service Catalog items, workflows, and custom applications.
  • Develop ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and homepages to provide actionable insights.
  • Configure notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, and manage data security (ACLs, domain separation).
  • Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Handle projects end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and configuration teams on best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with deep expertise in CSM and integrations.
  • Strong experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Request).
  • Proven hands-on experience with REST API integrations, MID Server setup/management, and external system integrations.
  • Proficiency in creating Business Rules, Service Catalog items, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with data security setup using Access Control Lists (ACLs) and domain separation.
  • Knowledge of UI customization, notifications, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end development and integration projects independently.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and patch management.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in a ServiceNow development role, demonstrating expertise in CSM and integrations.

Environment

  • Remote work arrangement is available, specifically looking for candidates in Pune, Noida, Delhi, and Rajasthan.
