We’re looking for a top-tier React Native engineer to own mobile app development for one of the most exciting platforms in the health-tech space while also contributing to web-based tools like admin dashboards. If you’ve built and shipped high-quality mobile apps and want to play a foundational role in a fast-growing health-tech startup, this is for you.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop and own the mobile app using React Native & Expo
• Ensure smooth, high-performance experiences on iOS & Android
• Work with design & backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect UIs and seamless API integrations
• Implement real-time features using RESTful & WebSocket APIs
• Build web-based dashboards and internal tools (React) to support the platform
• Stay ahead of modern mobile development trends and best practices

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Expertise in React Native, with at least one published app on iOS & Android

✅ Experience with Expo, including plugins & prebuild workflows

✅ Strong UI/UX skills – ability to translate Figma designs into polished, user-friendly interfaces

✅ Proficiency in APIs (REST, WebSockets) and efficient state management

✅ Experience debugging & optimizing performance for smooth mobile experiences

✅ Startup mindset – comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

🌟 Experience with push notifications on iOS & Android

🌟 Hands-on with native development (Swift/Kotlin) for performance-critical tasks

🌟 Experience with real-time chat, WebRTC-based video calls
