Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Growth to lead the strategy and execution for driving online sales across our D2C (Direct to Consumer) platform and key marketplaces. The ideal candidate will blend analytical rigor with customer-centric thinking to optimize the digital shopping experience, scale revenues, and collaborate cross-functionally with tech, marketing, category, and online merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth strategy for online channels (D2C website + marketplaces) to deliver revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Partner with tech/UI-UX teams to enhance website and app experience, ensuring seamless customer journeys and higher conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing on growth campaigns, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and retention strategies.
  • Work with category and merchandising teams to optimize product listings, pricing, assortment, and content for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze funnel performance, customer journeys, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and execute data-driven improvements.
  • Define product roadmaps and manage initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and implement applicable SAAS tools as necessary for business growth, while keeping a sharp eye on technology costs as a percentage of revenue.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Champion user-centered design by deeply understanding customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or E-commerce roles, preferably in consumer brands or D2C businesses.
  • Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce platforms, marketplaces (like Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.), and online sales dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and performance marketing metrics.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with tech, marketing, and merchandising teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in scaling premium lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and frameworks.

Experience
