Job Description
• Lead Finance & Account team at company level & responsible for the accounting operations of the entity including
preparation of periodic financial statements/ reports, compliance & ensuring that reported financials are fair and
accurate.
• To ensure streamline of various policies, procedures, and controls and ensure they are aligned with the larger
corporate/ other entities.
• To work closely with other functions including secretarial, payroll, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the entity,
manage cash flow, and ensure timely payments to employees/vendors.
• Coordinate financial and legal diligence for all funding requirements.
