Job Description

Designation: Zonal Head – West
Location: Gujarat
Reporting to: Sales Head – Kamayani Nagar
The incumbent must have over 15 years of experience in the mutual fund industry, with strong exposure to retail distribution.
Responsible for driving sales strategy and AUM growth across the Rest of Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat.
Will manage a zonal team and oversee a total AUM of approximately 50,000 Cr.
Must ensure strong distributor relationships, team performance, and regulatory compliance.
Compensation: Fixed ₹60–65 LPA + Performance-Based Variable Pay
