Job Description
- Designation: Zonal Head – West
- Location: Gujarat
- Reporting to: Sales Head – Kamayani Nagar
- The incumbent must have over 15 years of experience in the mutual fund industry, with strong exposure to retail distribution.
- Responsible for driving sales strategy and AUM growth across the Rest of Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat.
- Will manage a zonal team and oversee a total AUM of approximately 50,000 Cr.
- Must ensure strong distributor relationships, team performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Compensation: Fixed ₹60–65 LPA + Performance-Based Variable Pay
