Brand Designer – &Done<br /> About the Company<br /> Opportunity to build and grow a series-A startup. &Done is looking for stellar folks to join hands in building a global haircare brand. &Done is a new-age, premium, professional haircare brand, specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather, and habits, using the best actives from across the globe. 1500 stylists are using us in 300+ salons across India. We are funded by one of India’s premier VC funds. &Done is founded by hair-obsessed, serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain. Saumya studied computer science from IIT Delhi and did her MBA from Stanford GSB, USA. In 2019, she started Udayy, an edtech startup for kids, and scaled it to $2.5M ARR. Atit is a BITS Pilani’09 alum, 2X founder – Pluss (sold to Reliance’s Netmeds), Bulbul (sold to Good Glamm group), ex-VC @ Elevation Capital ($4B AUM). Both founders have been a part of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia charter.<br /> What You’ll Do<br /> – Work on the design and development of packaging for &Done’s growing product range – Collaborate with product, sourcing, and brand teams to translate product stories into premium, tactile packaging experiences – Own the complete packaging process—from concept and design renders to production-ready artworks – Partner with vendors and manufacturers to ensure material feasibility, finish precision, and color accuracy – Develop packaging
