Job Summary

The Software Development Engineer (SDE) plays a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications that drive organizational efficiency and innovation. The SDE contributes to the improvement of user experiences, backend systems, and overall software functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and refine application requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
• Understanding of automated testing and deployment processes.

Experience

At least 2-5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
