If scale is something that excites you, and want to work in a fast paced startup, reach out to us.<br /> Responsibilities<br /> • Lead user acquisition for one of the biggest genres on the Pocket FM platform<br /> • Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across<br /> various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing,<br /> product marketing and partnerships.<br /> • Creating and implementing the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a<br /> balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling and team<br /> expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets<br /> • Ideate, test and scale new acquisition channels (Organic & Paid)<br /> • Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and<br /> customer insights<br /> • Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech and more, to drive growth<br /> Qualifications<br /> • 2+ Years of relevant work experience<br /> • A desire to understand consumer behaviour and mindset<br /> • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment<br /> • Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details<br /> • Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions<br /> • Experimentation mindset<br /> • Passion for technology products built for scale
