EBS Techno-Functional

Job Summary

The EBS Techno-Functional role involves both implementation and support of Oracle EBS Applications, particularly R12. The position is essential in ensuring operational efficiency across various business processes, including Order to Cash (O2C) and Procurement to Pay (P2P) cycles, contributing to the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Implement and provide support for Oracle EBS Applications, particularly R12, for over 8 years.
• Deliver operations and maintenance support primarily focused on the Order to Cash and Procurement to Pay modules.
• Independently test O2C and P2P cycles to ensure effective functionality.
• Gather requirements from end users, conduct workshops, and develop comprehensive requirements and design documents.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, performing thorough Root Cause Analysis as necessary.
• Work with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL, and PL/SQL to enhance application functionality.
• Execute OAF customizations and personalizations to align with user requirements.
• Develop and support Common Enterprise Module Interfaces (CEMLIs), and create test scenarios for unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Generate and maintain critical EBS documentation, including requirements, design specifications, code testing, and end-user documentation.
• Employ excellent communication skills to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Applications, particularly R12.
  • Strong knowledge in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procurement to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with OAF customizations and personalizations.
  • Familiarity with CEMLIs and testing methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional Oracle applications or technologies will be considered a plus.

Experience

• A minimum of 8+ years in a techno-functional role involving Oracle EBS Applications is required.

Environment

• This position is based in Baner, Pune and requires working from the office.

Salary

• The estimated salary for this role is 15 LPA.
