Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualised the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business into Textile Manufacturing. It all started when Pratik was trying to procure yarn for his textile unit and faced multiple issues due a severely broken supply chain. Since July 2019, we have already completed transactions worth over ₹350 crores on our platform, all on 100% advance payment with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Recently, The Yarn Bazaar was featured on Shark Tank India where we raised funding from 4 sharks. You can see our Shark Tank pitch here.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>What we are looking for-</div> <div>We are looking for a leading go-getter in account manager (farming) who will be in charge of making sure the Demand/BD department meets the needs of their clients and customers.</div> <div>He will be responsible for the revenue growth of accounts on the platform &amp; handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities</div> <div>&bull; Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company</div> <div>&bull; Addressing and resolving key clients&#39; complaints</div> <div>&bull; Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams</div> <div>&bull; Communicating and collaborating with cross departments to ensure that key clients&rsquo; needs are met</div> <div>&bull; Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders</div> <div>&bull; Developing a thorough understanding of client&rsquo;s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions</div> <div>&bull; Negotiating contracts with clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client&#39;s long-term goals</div> <div>&bull; Identify new product &amp; service expansion opportunities by understanding and advocating for customer needs and problems</div> <div>&bull; Develop and possess in-depth understanding of The Yarn Bazaar&rsquo;s internal and external platforms and product offerings</div> <div>&bull; Stay up-to-date with the industry trends and attend industry events &amp; conferences, both domestic and international</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Skills</div> <div>&bull; Proven experience in key account management and ability to handle multiple client accounts</div> <div>&bull; Proven knowledge of business development and account management techniques and processes as well as a dexterity in &ldquo;reading&rdquo; the market</div> <div>&bull; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced &amp; constantly changing environment</div> <div>&bull; Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills</div> <div>&bull; Very strong negotiation, networking, and relationship building abilities</div> <div>&bull; Proven ability to collaborate at all levels of a customer or partner organisation and capable of managing the contracting and negotiation processes</div> <div>&bull; Strong aptitude in decision-making and data-driven mindset, analysing performance via metrics, and communicating results effectively</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications</div> <div>&bull; Bachelor&#39;s degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field, MBA preferred</div> <div>&bull; 3-5+ years of key account management/business development experience in the textile industry (specifically in the yarn space) working with brands and/or corporates, MNCs</div> <div>&bull; Experience working with CRM or ERP software</div>
