<div>Executive - TDS Specialist The Executive</div>
<div>- TDS Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance and reporting. This role involves ensuring accurate calculation, deduction, and remittance of TDS, filing TDS returns, handling TDS-related queries, and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div>1. TDS Calculation and Deduction: ○ Calculate and deduct TDS accurately on various payments such as salaries, contractor payments, professional fees, rent, and others. ○ Ensure timely and correct deduction of TDS as per the Income Tax Act.</div>
<div>2. TDS Remittance: ○ Ensure timely deposit of TDS with the government authorities. ○ Maintain accurate records of all TDS payments.</div>
<div>3. TDS Returns Filing: ○ Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) on time. ○ Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16, 16A) to employees and vendors.</div>
<div>4. Compliance and Documentation: ○ Ensure compliance with all TDS-related statutory requirements. ○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all TDS transactions and filings. ○ Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for TDS assessments and audits.</div>
<div>5. Reconciliation and Reporting: ○ Reconcile TDS deducted and deposited with the books of accounts. ○ Prepare and present TDS-related reports to management as required.</div>
<div>6. Process Improvement: ○ Identify areas for process improvements in TDS compliance and reporting. ○ Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. ○ Stay updated with changes in TDS regulations and ensure compliance. Qualifications and Skills:</div>
<div>● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.</div>
<div>● Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in TDS compliance and accounting.</div>
<div>● Knowledge: Strong understanding of TDS regulations and the Income Tax Act.</div>
<div>● Skills: ○ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. ○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ○ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. ○ Good communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. ○ Strong organizational and time management skills.</div>
