Team Size – 25 to 29 on-roll employees

Business Scale – ₹6,000 Cr gross sales (Equity, Debt & Liquid); ₹120 Cr PMS; ₹32 Cr net SIP; expected NCA growth of 10% YoY

Job Purpose – To drive HNI client acquisition, business growth, and relationship management through direct sourcing and delivery of customized investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities –
• Acquisition and engagement of HNI clients through self-sourcing and networking
• Drive activation and growth within the direct HNI channel
• Oversee business development initiatives, client programs, and marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations
• Lead, guide, and develop a team of 25+ relationship managers
