Job Summary

The Finance & Factory Accounts Executive will play a pivotal role in the factory's finance and operations, focusing on critical tasks such as inventory management, goods receipt note (GRN) processing, and sales invoicing. This position is integral to ensuring efficient financial operations that support Bambrew's sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile inventory, ensuring accuracy in records.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and track inward material effectively.
• Coordinate sales invoicing and dispatch operations to streamline logistics.
• Oversee accounting activities related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Track production data and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Prepare factory Management Information System (MIS) reports and summaries.
• Collaborate with stores, procurement, production, and finance teams to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support audits and uphold factory-level documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in finance and factory operations.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in:
  • Inventory management
  • GRN processing
  • Invoicing
  • GST and TDS accounting
  • Reconciliation processes
  • Production documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years and up to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in an operational or factory setting.

Environment

• The role is based at Bambrew’s manufacturing plant located off Soukya Road, Bengaluru Rural.
• Work involves close collaboration with multiple operational teams, providing exposure to various facets of factory finance and operations in a fast-paced, startup environment.
