Department: Marketing<br /> Position: B2B Sales/ Interior Designer<br /> Location: Mumbai<br /> Responsibilities<br /> Identify and target new interior designer community.<br /> Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients<br /> Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and developments<br /> Prepare and present sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the company's products and services<br /> Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to target institutional clients Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas<br /> Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services<br /> Negotiate and close deals with institutional clients<br /> Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure customer satisfaction.<br /> Qualification:<br /> Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales directly working with interior designer community<br /> Strong understanding of the institutional sales process<br /> Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets<br /> Excellent communication and presentation skills<br /> Strong negotiation and closing abilities<br /> Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field<br /> Ability to travel as needed.<br /> Knowledge of contractual manufacturing process, and knowledge of mattress industry is a plus.<br /> Experience in the B2B sales is a must
