Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with our business objectives. This involves striking a balance between long-term and mid-term scaling, as well as quick wins to meet targets effectively.<br /> 2. Full-Funnel Campaigns: Create and manage end-to-end FB/ Google/ Linkedin/ affilate campaigns to boost sales growth. These campaigns may encompass user journey optimizations, retention strategies, chat marketing and referral marketing.<br /> 3. Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate platform performance, trader behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to identify growth opportunities and patterns.<br /> 4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive growth decisions based on quantitative results, A/B testing, and qualitative research. Leverage customer insights to inform strategy.<br /> 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Must be highly indexed while working closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product and tech, to execute growth initiatives effectively<br /> 6. Consumer Insight Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in comprehending consumer behavior and the mindset of traders.
