Job Summary
The TPM Consultant plays a critical role in creating and implementing data models for various Trade Promotion Management (TPM) capabilities. This role involves guiding a team on functional requirements across Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Growth domains during the development phase of the models. The consultant will leverage their expertise to ensure that the data models meet the needs of the organization and drive effective growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data models for various TPM capabilities, including but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, Promo XTEL, and Visual Fabriq.
- Provide guidance to the team on functional requirements and best practices across RGM and Growth domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for model development.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the development process and in the final deliverables.
- Communicate insights derived from the data models to stakeholders and support the decision-making process.
- Continuously monitor and refine the data models based on feedback and changing business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in TPM or related fields, with a proven record in data modeling.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles, especially in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
- Expertise in various TPM tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Promo XTEL, and Visual Fabriq.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional TPM capabilities or software tools.
- Familiarity with advanced data modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Experience
- 6-10 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in Trade Promotion Management and data modeling.
