Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, ideally from tier 1 colleges, who has consistently contributed at early stage startups. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that drive business innovations and growth. This position is pivotal in shaping product strategy and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning models in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

• Perform rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of algorithms to ensure high performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in AI engineering or relevant fields.
• Graduated from tier 1 colleges with a strong technical foundation.
• Proven track record working with early stage startups, demonstrating consistent and impactful contributions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
