Job Summary

The ServiceNow Sr. Technical Consultant - Source to Pay will provide technical consulting services focusing on the design and delivery of technical solutions that enhance operational processes. This role is crucial in implementing ServiceNow solutions that streamline Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes while integrating with procurement, sourcing, and finance systems to enhance value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement S2P Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement Source-to-Pay solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead Workshops: Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering focused on S2P workflows and advise on design best practices.
• Configuration and Customization: Develop and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations to meet specific business requirements, including procurement and supplier management workflows.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
• Testing and Documentation: Participate in testing activities, customer demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and produce high-quality documentation and client training materials.
• Technical Guidance: Provide guidance and hands-on development support to both client and internal technical resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow design and development.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, and AngularJS.
  • Solid understanding of service management concepts and delivery assurance principles.
  • Experience with building custom applications and platform integrations.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to present technical information to senior stakeholders effectively.
• Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g., Procurement, ITSM, SPM).
  • ServiceNow Application Developer.
  • Additional certifications such as HR, CSM, FSM, Service Portal, CMDB, SAM, ITOM, ITBM, PPM are advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay processes and procurement/supplier management workflows.
• Experience working in a consulting environment.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, specifically in Source-to-Pay processes.
