Job Summary

The Operational Project Manager will play a key role in aligning business processes with organizational objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to managing projects and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering collaborative relationships among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure business processes and change control processes are SOX compliant.
• Design and architect process flows for end-to-end business processes, optimizing existing workflows as necessary.
• Gather, organize, and evaluate information or data from stakeholders and the development team to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
• Drive process changes and reverse engineer processes as needed to improve operational efficiency.
• Represent SaaS Engineering in design discussions with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in an operational role with project and/or change management experience.
• Strong understanding of Netsuite ERP, including setups and configurations, saved searches, reports, and functional experience in receivables, order management, and inventory.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to interact with all levels of business users.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
• Problem-solving capabilities, including conflict resolution, active listening, and effective time management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Netsuite implementations (1 or more required).
• Knowledge of additional systems such as Salesforce, Zuora Revenue (Rev Pro), COUPA, and VENA.
• Exposure to change execution and process development.
• Familiarity with technical components of Netsuite, including scripts and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams across different time zones.

Experience

• 6+ years of related work experience in an operational role, with some project and/or change management experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business is a plus.
