Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing - Associate who is excited to build, run, and optimize
performance campaigns across both established and emerging digital platforms. You’ll work closely
with the performance, creative, and brand teams to drive customer acquisition and growth, while
learning how a fast‑scaling D2C skincare brand operates end‑to‑end.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience, a strong learning mindset, and wants to
grow deeper in performance and growth marketing.

Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (ASC, Sales,
Awareness) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Performance Max).
Own and track key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
Manage ad campaigns end-to-end, including keyword research, audience setup, ad copy
optimization, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.
Handle day-to-day campaign execution, including uploads, QA checks, and ongoing
optimizations.
Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve
performance.
Work closely with the creative and brand teams to brief, guide, and iterate on high-performing
creatives.
Analyze campaign data to identify insights, trends, and actionable opportunities.
Prepare clear performance reports to communicate results, learnings, and ROI to internal
stakeholders.
Manage budgets, monitor spends, and ensure efficient allocation across platforms.

Collaborate with internal and external teams on UTM tagging, attribution tracking, and
campaign reporting.
Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and performance marketing best practices.
Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Prior experience at a D2C brand or agency is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of performance marketing funnels and the customer journey.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and performance data.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic attribution
concepts.
Experience working with Shopify is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing campaigns end-to-end.
Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
