We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team on a Contract to Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user manuals and troubleshooting guides for complex systems or products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and engineers to ensure technical content is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation including user manuals, system guides, troubleshooting documents, and FAQs.

• Gather and analyze technical information from various teams to produce clear and concise documentation.

• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for a variety of audiences.

• Ensure documentation is aligned with brand, style, and accessibility guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and maintain content throughout the product lifecycle.

• Create visuals, diagrams, and step-by-step instructions to enhance user comprehension.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in user manual creation and troubleshooting documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar.

• Ability to understand and articulate technical systems and workflows.

• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus
